It all started with leather and pearls. Ishi was created in 1998 by Gina Barrios, who was marveled by the subtelties of leather and the beauty of barroque pearls. She began designing with these two materials.

 

Mexico City is rich in craftmanship, prehispanic and modern, in the year 2000, Gina found a great artisan with whom she has worked with since.

The classic collection shows the origins of Ishi, woven leather with beautiful beads, from natural stones to hand made silver beads and seed pearls.
